Workstation
The KUMATECH Workstation is designed for an ergonomic and efficient working environment in which it is possible to work at working height from a pallet and to reduce the number of transport trips.
Thanks to the clever mechanical system, pallets can be easily changed in one operation without interrupting work, even with an AGV. New pallets are stacked at the bottom so a new empty pallet is immediately ready as soon as the full pallet is removed.

Description
The KUMATECH Workstation is a separate item within the extensive and modular product range of the KUMATECH Automatic Pallet Dispenser. This station is designed to allow employees to work at working height from a pallet, contributing to a comfortable and healthy working posture. The employee can focus on his/her core tasks and there is no need to make an extra trip to get an empty pallet. Instead of two separate trips, everything can be handled at once resulting in half the amount of transport movements!
The convenient mechanical system ensures pallets are changed automatically without the need to interrupt work. When a full pallet is removed, a new pallet is immediately ready. This function can be perfectly combined with an AGV, making internal transport fully automated and optimizing the workstation. It saves transport time which benefits capacity.
The KUMATECH Workstation is therwith not only an ergonomic solution, but also a valuable component for an efficient and automated production environment.
