At Kumatech, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return products under certain conditions. Please read our return policy below for more information.

Return Conditions

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
• Products must be in their original condition and show no signs of use or damage.
• All original packaging, manuals, and any accessories must be included.
• Custom or specially modified products are not eligible for return.

Steps for Returning Products

1. Contact our customer service at support@kumatech.nl to submit your return request. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you will receive a return number and further instructions.
3. Carefully package the product and send it to the address provided, including the return number.

Refund

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, you will receive a refund or store credit for a new purchase within 14 days, depending on your preference and our terms. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
