Robotstation
The KUMATECH Robot Station is specially designed for robots, with a lower construction so the robot arm can easily move across the station to process products.
Thanks to the smart mechanical system, pallets can easily be changed in one operation without interrupting production, even with an AGV. New pallets are stacked at the bottom so a new empty pallet is immediately ready as soon as the full pallet is removed. There is no need to drive a separate trip for an empty and a full pallet, reducing the number of transport trips.

Description
The KUMATECH Robot Station is a separate item within the extensive and modular product range of the KUMATECH Automatic Pallet Dispenser. This station is designed to allow handling robots on all kinds of production and processing machines with low construction, to place products directly on a pallet. In one operation, a full pallet can be exchanged with an empty pallet, preventing production from stopping and reducing the number of transport trips.
This function can be perfectly combined with an AGV, making the internal transport fully automated and optimizing the use of the robot station. It saves transport time which also benefits capacity.
This makes the KUMATECH Robot Station a valuable component for an efficient and automated production environment.
