From March 20 to 23, KuMaTech B.V. will present two machines at the Technishow in the Jaarbeurs Utrecht that take the sheet metal detection off the hands of the sheet metal worker.
With the Kuma 1000, KuMaTech B.V. a product that automatically identifies incoming sheet metal using 3D Vision and codes it directly using an inkjet printer. Feedback to the ERP system automatically checks whether the right parts for the right order are present.
In addition to the KUMA Pro, the KUMA Basic has also been developed. With the KUMA Basic, an additional solution has been found to optimize sheet metal detection. Using infrared, the machine can detect cut sheet metal after an operator has placed a part on a transparent plate.
